The annual Computing Science and Mathematics PhD day took place on Friday 2nd June. This year it was organised by the students for the first time and they did an excellent job.
The day was compered and chaired by students and consisted of a mix of talks and a poster session. They also gave one another feedback on their talks.

Across the day we saw a wide range of fascinating talks. There were three prizes on the day, best talk went to Iona Paterson, best poster went to Amjad Ullah and the student's choice prize went to Jason Adair.
Congratulations go to all of those both presenting and organising for an excellent showcase of the impactful and novel work being carried out in the division.
