Guardian University Guide 2012
Computing Science ranked 10th and Mathematics ranked 9th in the UK
In the latest University Subject Tables published by the Guardian, Stirling University's Computing Science is ranked 10th in the UK and Mathematics is ranked 9th in the UK. Both subject areas at Stirling University are ranked 2nd in Scotland.
The rankings are based on results from the National Student Survey (NSS) completed by final-year students (rated on teaching quality, feedback and assessment, overall quality of the course), spending per student, staff-student ratio, career prospects, a value added score and entry qualifications.
