• Tools can be developed to predict something undesirable before it actually happens.

Disadvantages

• A user's lifestyle is very difficult to interpret as some people follow a strict routine while others are much more variable in their habits.

• Complex calculations are required. Some way to automate this process would be required for a large-scale system.
